About DSDanse

Director ~ Dominique Hutchinson

With her need to continue choreographing, Dominique uses Dsdanse as a canvas to shape her artistic vision and create dance opportunities for young dancers.  Drawing upon the energy and power within the group, Dominique makes each dance a burst of sensation.

Dsdanse Youth Company

Dsdanse consists of both a Junior and Senior Company. The Junior Company is for ages 9 – 13 years. The Senior Company is for ages 14 – 18 years.

Dsdanse focuses on dance composition and performing. Both companies are made up of committed dancers who chose to come together to make movement magical. Dance is the connective element between each person but the need to be part of a supportive, creatively challenging and noncompetitive dance environment is what sets them apart.  Dsdanse dancers are involved in the creative process and are encouraged to express themselves with dance as an art form.

There are various performance opportunities each season. March 4th, 2012 Dsdanse is performing with the Shadbolt Youth in Motion youth dance company in Burnaby B.C. Our annual Dsdanse performance will take place at the Gibsons Heritage Playhouse  April 13 at 8pm & April 14 at 2pm.
